These terms apply to purchases made through https://mondodiy.com. By submitting an order, you agree to the applicable offer, product description, prices, and terms displayed at checkout, subject to non-waivable consumer rights. We may correct evident display errors before accepting an order and will contact you where a material change affects the transaction.

Product Information and Availability

We sell blankets in the styles, sizes, and materials shown in current product listings. Product images may contain room settings or props that are not included with the order. Colors can appear different on individual displays. Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted, and the final price, applicable taxes, and shipping are presented at checkout.

Payment and Order Acceptance

Payments are processed by the methods actually offered at checkout. A payment authorization does not by itself guarantee order acceptance or available stock. Please enter accurate billing and shipping details. We may request reasonable verification where fraud or payment-security concerns arise. Shipping Charges and Timing

For eligible U.S. deliveries, standard shipping is $3.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $49.99 and free when it is $49.99 or more. Order preparation is usually 1–3 business days, transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, and total delivery normally takes 4–8 business days. Changes and Cancellations

Please email CedarricCloribelzdiUts@gmail.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. A request can normally be considered before production or dispatch begins, but changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has started. We will confirm whether the request was accepted and explain any available legal or contractual remedy. An approved full cancellation before fulfillment will be refunded to the original payment method, including the outbound shipping charge paid.

Returns, Rights and Liability

Ordinary eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a non-defective return, the customer pays return postage; no restocking fee is charged. Confirmed defects or incorrect items are handled without imposing unreasonable remedy costs on the customer. See the complete Return & Refund Policy.
