Service Area

We offer standard delivery to eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not advertise service to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international destinations under this policy. PO-box and address eligibility must be confirmed at checkout; orders to unsupported addresses cannot be completed. The actual shipping zones and carrier capability should be checked before this policy is published.

Shipping Rates

Standard delivery costs $3.99 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $49.99. Standard delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $49.99 or more. The applicable subtotal is calculated after merchandise discounts and before taxes and shipping. These rates are stated for eligible orders and should match the amount shown at checkout. We do not charge a separate membership fee for ordinary delivery.

Processing and Transit Times

Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. The usual total estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days from the start of processing. Orders received after our stated 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff may begin processing on the next business day. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch and Tracking

The dispatch address supplied for the store is 627 Scurlock School Rd, Raeford, NC 28376, United States. When a shipment is dispatched, tracking information is provided if supported by the carrier and the particular service. Initial carrier tracking scans can take time to appear. Please use CedarricCloribelzdiUts@gmail.com to report an incorrect delivery address promptly; changes may no longer be possible once an order enters fulfillment.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Weather events, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing. If tracking indicates a delivery problem or a parcel arrives damaged, contact CedarricCloribelzdiUts@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking details. We will investigate with the delivery provider and explain the available remedy without limiting applicable consumer rights.

Other Charges and Related Policies

Applicable sales taxes are disclosed at checkout where required. This policy does not promise shipping outside the stated U.S. service area and therefore does not establish an international customs service.
